Rocket Routine OS vs. Bloom Growth
In short: Bloom Growth, formerly Traction Tools, is its own method with software, coaches and a community, built for founders, owners and leadership teams. Its AI summarises meetings and prepares them. In Rocket Routine OS, AI agents do the work themselves, and a person checks work that needs a check.
What makes Bloom Growth strong
Bloom Growth describes itself as "a proven operating system, coaches who've done it, a community of fellow entrepreneurs, and the platform to run it all". The method is called Bloom Growth OS: a coach-guided journey over several years, built around eight essentials, Growth Plan, People, Meetings, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Data, Technology, Process and Relationships.
The software uses its own terms: Quarterly Priorities, the Bloom Weekly, Weekly KPIs, an Org Chart with a Visionary and an Integrator seat, Headlines, To-dos and an O&O list the team works through with the 3D method: Discover, Discuss, Decide. Per Bloom, it works with EOS, Scaling Up, Pinnacle and other frameworks, with Scaling Up through the 4 Decisions: people, strategy, execution and cash. Until 2022 Bloom Growth was called Traction Tools, and since 1 November 2022, by its own account, it may no longer use EOS terminology.
Governance and AI: where it stands today
Bloom Growth's AI advises. Per its pricing page, it offers meeting transcripts, recaps and summaries, and on larger plans meeting prep with pattern detection. The prep flags KPIs that are off track and shows prep cards. We found no AI that does the work itself.
Governance at Bloom Growth mostly means structure: the Org Chart sets seats and accountability, and the O&O list leads through decisions. We found no decision rules for a whole company and no check of work against a definition of done, and no security certificate such as SOC 2 on the pages we read.
What that costs you in practice
Bloom Growth charges a flat monthly price with unlimited users: Core $299, Scale $499 and Flourish $999 a month, month-to-month, with a 30-day trial. A coach costs extra, from $2,500 a month (per the pricing page, as of 8 November 2026).
Core is aimed at "founders, owners and leadership teams", Scale at department heads, Flourish at all team members. AI meeting prep is not included in Core. We found no German-language offer.
Meetings, KPIs and priorities in Rocket Routine OS
What Bloom Growth structures is built into Rocket Routine OS: a meeting rhythm from Daily to Annual, led by the Navigator, with any agenda you set. Goals hang on your vision or on an outcome, and every outcome has one metric with a target and warning lines. Each of the ten areas has an AI head, the AI agent that leads the area, and a responsible person.
The work itself is done by AI agents, from research and reports to a landing page, and for each one you set what it may do alone. Upload a meeting transcript, and an AI agent pulls out decisions, work items and open questions. Coaches and a community of entrepreneurs come with a Bloom Growth membership. Rocket Routine OS is not a coach. When you do not know how to continue, you ask the Navigator.
Where the work behind the KPIs gets checked
A Weekly KPI shows whether a number is on track. It does not show whether the work behind it is right. In Rocket Routine OS every work item is linked to its area and to the goal or outcome it serves, and a person checks work that needs a check against the definition of done before it counts.
For the AI agents: an AI agent acts with exactly the rights of the person who asked, and you set the adoption level for each one. It asks before deleting and before changing the company's direction. Learnings come out of routines and meetings, and a person accepts or discards them.
Frequently Asked Questions
Rocket Routine OS or Bloom Growth?
Bloom Growth combines a method, software, coaches and a community, and its AI advises. Rocket Routine OS is the operating system for the whole company: meetings, goals, KPIs and priorities are there too, and AI agents do the work behind them. You set what each AI agent may do alone.
Is Bloom Growth the same as Traction Tools?
Yes. Bloom Growth was called Traction Tools until 2022 and was software for EOS. Since 1 November 2022, by its own account, it may no longer use EOS terminology. Today it sells its own method, Bloom Growth OS.
Can I still work with EOS in Bloom Growth?
Per Bloom, the software still supports the components of EOS, under its own terms. In Rocket Routine OS you apply EOS directly: the Navigator leads the Weekly with the Level 10 agenda, and in the Quarterly you create and check the EOS artifacts.
What does Bloom Growth cost?
Core costs $299, Scale $499 and Flourish $999 a month, each with unlimited users and month-to-month. A coach costs from $2,500 a month extra (as of 8 November 2026).
Does Bloom Growth's AI do the work itself?
Not from anything we read. It writes transcripts and summaries, prepares meetings and flags KPIs that are off track. In Rocket Routine OS, AI agents do the work, at the adoption level you set for each one.
