Rocket Routine OS: The Whole Picture
The strategy sits in a document, the goals in a spreadsheet, the work in five tools, and the plan gets lost in between. Rocket Routine OS connects them: with an AI leadership team, meetings run by a Moderator and your approval.
In short: Rocket Routine OS connects your yearly plan, goals, numbers, meetings and daily work in one place. Every area has an AI head that leads it or supports the person who leads it. AI proposes, you decide.
Rocket Routine OS: The Whole Picture
The strategy sits in a document. The goals sit in a spreadsheet. The daily work happens in five other tools. And somewhere in between, the plan gets lost, not because anyone works badly, but because nothing connects these things.
Rocket Routine OS connects them. It is an operating system for your company with an AI leadership team built in: yearly plan, goals, numbers, meetings and daily work in one place. The core in three sentences: you lead the company. Every area has an AI head that leads the area or supports the person who leads it. AI proposes, you decide.
This article shows the whole picture, as the product is designed and built today. The details follow over the coming weeks, one building block per article.
You talk to your company
You don't fill in forms to describe your company. You talk to your AI team in rooms, which are chat spaces. And not alone: in one room, as many colleagues as you like work together with several AI heads, specialists and advisers in the same conversation. Most people today talk to their AI alone, often only on their own computer. Here the whole company works with its AI team.
Every message carries a menu called "Use as…". One click turns a message into a goal, a measurable outcome, a KPI, a work item, an initiative, a knowledge item or part of your company data. A conversation becomes structure without you switching tools.
Behind it sits a complete knowledge system. Your documents and your company's knowledge are stored, indexed and made searchable. Every agent finds the right passage and cites its source. You mark key documents as a source of truth, and every AI head treats them as the authority and quotes them exactly.
The AI team
Everyone on this team is an AI agent with a different role. An AI head (VP for short, as in vice president) is the AI agent of a business area: it leads the area, or it supports the person who leads it. There are eleven areas: Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer, Finance and Legal, People, Administration, Quality and Operational Excellence. All eleven are there from day one, each with its own AI head.
Above them sits a Virtual CEO who keeps priorities and trade-offs across the areas in view. It supports you, it does not replace you. A Moderator leads every meeting. Under the heads work specialists with clear roles, such as developer, tester, content marketer or customer success. They are visible in the team, and you can talk to them directly. Add advisers modelled on a thinker, for example Peter Drucker, who know your whole company.
You decide who leads an area. If a person leads marketing, the AI head supports them instead of leading. A VP can also run a delivery from start to finish, with you in charge: it plans the work, brings in the specialists it needs, reports progress and asks for your decision at the key points. You steer and approve, the agents do the work.
Almost anything that happens at a desk
With your AI team you get almost everything done that a company does at a computer. In marketing, that means social media posts, newsletters, campaigns and landing pages, plus images and videos. In sales, price lists, offers, research on prospects and follow-up emails. Strategy gets market and competitor analyses, scenarios and decision papers. Product gets requirements, roadmaps and evaluations of customer feedback, and in engineering, AI developers and AI testers write, test and ship software and keep an eye on it. Finance gets evaluations, budgets and forecasts, People gets job ads, onboarding plans and policies, the customer area gets replies, onboarding material and evaluations of requests, administration gets scheduling and document upkeep, and Quality and Operational Excellence get checks, process analyses and new routines. On top come reports, charts, presentations and web pages you can open and share. The agents research the web, work through on-screen interfaces and use the tools you have connected. You say what is needed, and you approve what matters. In the coming weeks we will show examples with screenshots and videos.
Meetings led by a Moderator
A Moderator opens every meeting by itself, greets everyone and asks whether to add or remove topics and invite more people. Then it leads through the agenda with guiding questions. The rhythm runs from the daily check through the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly to the yearly meeting, and which meetings run depends on the operating mode. Any agenda can be defined. If you work with EOS, for example, you take the EOS agenda and run it in Rocket Routine.
What is decided in a meeting does not fade. When the meeting closes, the goals go to the AI heads of the areas. Each head drafts its own goals with measurable outcomes, and the drafts land in your Inbox, the place in Rocket Routine where you approve things and receive reports. You derive quarterly goals from the yearly goals, and the product shows you where a goal contributes. But you can always create a goal that has nothing to do with a yearly goal yet, because that is what real working life looks like.
You see the numbers in two places. The Dashboard shows where you stand: goals, outcomes and KPIs. The Control Tower shows what is going on: initiatives, projects and work in progress. And you simply ask "How are we doing?", and the responsible VP answers from live KPIs with exact numbers.
AI proposes, you decide
Every important change waits for your yes. Agents propose company data, KPIs, initiatives, workflows and new advisers, and you approve in the chat or in the Inbox. Every confirmed change becomes a version, with history and restore. If you rewrote your vision, the old wording is one click away.
Trust grows step by step. Every new AI head starts at the Copilot level: it handles small, routine matters on its own, and bigger ones need your approval. A recorded decision moves it up, and how often its work is right the first time serves as evidence. At every level, agents never commit money, jobs or public statements on their own. The rules sit in a company constitution, and every decision lands in the decision log with its impact and method.
Your AI team works while you sleep
Routines and scheduled jobs run overnight or on any schedule. At a time you choose, for example early in the morning, an intake routine reads your company's intake channels, such as email, Slack, WhatsApp, meeting notes or calendar, ignores newsletters and noise, and drafts tasks from real requests. Everything that comes in is triaged, meaning sorted and routed: some lands in your Inbox, some with an AI agent, some in the Inbox of a colleague. When you start your workday, drafts, reports and finished work are sorted and waiting where they belong.
Rocket Routine does not replace your tools, it connects them. It exchanges data with the tools your company already uses, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Trello, Notion, Atlassian, Linear, ClickUp and GitHub, and the range keeps growing. The AI underneath is yours: you use the AI subscription you already have, for example Claude or ChatGPT, and choose a model for each agent. Your AI team and your company data live on a server that belongs to you alone.
A year in short
On day one you sign up and everything is prepared: the AI heads, the Virtual CEO, the Moderator, the meeting rhythm. You enter purpose, vision and values or let them be drafted from your website, and you approve them. In the yearly meeting, the Moderator sets the yearly goals with you, the outcomes behind them and the hand-off to the areas. In each quarter, the meetings look back, rate every outcome with evidence and set the next goals from the yearly ones. At year-end you have a year you can read back: versions, decisions and evidence stay readable.
Who it is for and how you start
Rocket Routine OS is for founder-led companies of any size. The same system fits one person, a small team or a larger team, and you decide how to use it. If you start alone, the AI heads give you a leadership team at your side before the first hire. If you already lead a team, your people keep their responsibility and you gain time for the few topics only you can decide. As the company grows, the operating mode grows with it, from Founder through Growth to Scaling, and you can move back to a lighter mode at any time.

Our own growth team works the same way: an AI agent plans, drafts and delivers, and Sven leads and approves. This article came about like that too. Sven sets the direction and signs off on what matters.
